and Regions” conference in Chapel Hill on August
26-27. Conference will include a paper
development workshop that provides mentorship to

the possibility of creating a “Rural Village
Center” on Salem’s property. ›

control, contract engineering + inspection
(CEI), materials testing, civil design, and
