Neelam Kadam is a first-year MBA student at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business school. The India native was an Engineer before she decided to pursue her MBA. Her interests mainly lie in technology and entrepreneurship. She has 5 years’ work experience from Tata Consultancy Services where she was a Systems Engineer and took up the responsibilities of a project lead and a team member, which enabled her to learn about managing teams, time, and handling projects individually. She has also worked on creating a business plan of her own, where she planned to launch her own company prior to the pandemic. Due to unprecedented circumstances, Neelam was not able to launch her company as anticipated.   

Neelam hobbies include gardening, doodling and hiking and an interesting thing about me is that I am capable of speaking 5 different Indian languages.
