Myra Belgreat is an NCGrowth Business Engagement Specialist based in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.  A bilingual consultant, project manager, and former Spanish Language and Culture educator, Myra is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through economic development and innovation.

As Vice President of the Halifax Human Relations Committee, she works to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps within the community. Through her company Libree Servicios, she partners with the HCC Small Business Center to support Latino entrepreneurs, regardless of legal status or language proficiency.

A certified facilitator of the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program, Myra leads transformative workshops in Spanish and at local high schools, equipping participants with the tools and mindset for success. Her work has connected Spanish-speaking founders, students, and business advocates to vital resources, creating a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
