He formulated and executed go-to-market strategies, initiated new product introduction projects, and conducted extensive market research to achieve a remarkable 100% sales growth and a 26% increase in profitability within three years, resulting in top-line revenue of $15 Mn+. In his senior role at Epiroc AB, Luckhmeet led multiple cost optimization projects, evaluating various channel strategies and streamlining supply chain operations.

During a recent internship in the corporate strategy group at Cargill Inc., he designed a customer experience optimization framework through in-depth customer journey mapping. He identified opportunities to improve Cargill’s current customer experience by 20% while uncovering the potential for $200 million in cost savings by optimizing order-to-cash operations.

Luckhmeet eagerly anticipates his new role within NC Growth, where he aims to utilize his strong business acumen to generate value for the local community and contribute to its growth and prosperity.
