Josh is currently a dual Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration candidate at Duke University. Before Duke and NCGrowth, Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied Agricultural Applied Economics. From 2016 to 2020, Josh lived in Washington, DC, working at the Millennium Challenge Corporation in the Department of Policy and Evaluation, analyzing development projects worldwide, including El Salvador, Indonesia, Morocco, Liberia, and Zambia. At Duke, his focus is on strategy and innovative funding mechanisms for sustainable economic development and inclusive social policies for equitable growth. In his free time, Josh is an avid cook, wine and craft beer lover, and fervent consumer of NPR’s Marketplace.
