Gabriella Lott (she/they) is from Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Gabriella is a current MCRP candidate in the University of North Carolina’s Department of City and Regional Planning. After obtaining their B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, Gabriella worked as an urban planning consultant, supporting her firm’s affordable housing and transit-oriented development projects. Prior to this experience, they contributed to urban growth boundary assessments and countywide rezoning efforts as a planning intern in York County, South Carolina. In their spare time, Gabriella enjoys writing book reviews and watching WNBA games with her family (she is a lifelong Washington Mystics fan.) Gabriella has deep personal and professional interests in community-led development projects, and looks forward to supporting the efforts of NCGrowth’s partners throughout the Carolinas.
