Eve Lettau is a graduate student analyst for NCGrowth. Currently, she’s enrolled in the Master of City and Regional Planning program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously she’s worked in the local economic development field in both Southwest Virginia and New York City. Her research interests include studying policies that focus on both economic development and affordable housing. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech. When she’s not tending to her houseplant collection, you can find her hiking with her 5-year-old rescue pup.
