We are looking for a dynamic PROGRAM MANAGER to
join the CREATE and NCGrowth team! We need
someone with experience in procurement and a
deep passion for transforming communities and
lives through economic development. This new
Program Manager will devote considerable time in
support of the AICER program (Anchor
Institutions Create Economic Resilience) by
working with anchor institution clients (e.g.,
universities, hospital systems, tribal nations,
state/local governments, etc.). AICER is a
national program that helps anchor institutions
increase their procurement spending with
minority-owned firms, rural businesses, local
suppliers, and businesses in COVID -impacted
