Andrea is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. 
Prior to working for NC Growth, Andrea worked in the financial services sector, specializing in real estate.
Before her experience in the private sector, Andrea interned with various NGO’s focused on promoting economic development, from local organizations in her hometown like the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte, to international institutions like Kenan Foundation Asia. She was also affiliated with the Kenan Institute as part of the Luther Hodges Scholars program. 

In her free time, Andrea loves to travel internationally, and hopes to one day visit all seven continents. She loves to read and is a proud dog mom to her puppy, Toby.
